The Zhuhai Jinwan Aviation City Citizen Art Center was designed by the internationally renowned ZaHa Hadid Architects, and was inspired by migratory birds taking off from southern China. From a distance, it looks like a bird with its wings spread, flying in the vast sea and sky, chasing the traces of time; from a bird's eye view, it looks like a full sail, implying that the construction of the new center of Jinwan City is about to take off and sail.

After completion, it will meet the requirements of various large-scale performances such as operas, dance dramas, and dramas at home and abroad, and will become an important carrier for cultural and artistic exchanges and experiences in Jinwan District, Zhuhai.

The theater covers an area of about 16,000 square meters and has 1,200 seats. It can meet the requirements of large-scale stage performances such as operas, dance dramas, musicals, large-scale songs and dances, dramas and plays at home and abroad.

Details determine value. A large number of micro-perforated acoustic panels with an aperture of 1mm are arranged around the theater and the sound barrier, integrating Winego's nearly 20 years of decorative panel heritage and micro-hole sound absorption design. From a distance, it is a decorative panel, and from a close look, it is a sound-absorbing panel. The processing technology of the holes, corners and other details is meticulous and mature, perfectly taking into account the functions of acoustics and aesthetics.
Academician Ma Dayou, the pioneer of modern acoustics in China, proposed micro-perforated panels in 1975. By perforating a large number of regularly arranged micro-holes with a diameter of ≤1mm on a solid thin plate, the sound absorption performance will undergo a qualitative change, forming the sound absorption structure of the micro-perforated acoustic panel. The noise reduction coefficient NRC of Winego's micro-perforated acoustic panel PAV4/0.7-12/15 is as high as 0.8, and its sound absorption performance is in a leading position in the entire industry.
